This is the quality policy of the company as well as the standard abided by all employees.


The company's quality policy emphasizes on reducing costs and losses, as well as continuously improving current processes and quality. Also the purpose is to satisfy the needs of customers for existing services and products, and even attempt to exceed customer's requirements so as to create more competitive advantages and profits.

For this belief, the supervisors and colleagues pay more attention to its practicality and implementability, in order to prevent the inconsistency between system and real situation from impacting on the stability of the quality system.

In order to pursue for better quality and improve customer satisfaction, the company adheres to the spirit of "Three No" (i.e. no escape, no carelessness and no repeat). In dealing with complaints, the Q.C department will take the initiative and invite relevant supervisors and colleagues to discuss and find the real cause. We also propose the preventive actions which are "feasible, attainable, and preventable" to make sure that same mistakes will not repeat.
