Our company is experience in manufacturing both welding and casting gear boxes. The function of gear boxes that we manufacture can be used to:
(1) Reduce the speed
(2) Change the direction of operation.
Our advantages
On the performance of our technique of gearbox, not only of our welding bead can achieve the standard of American Welding Association, we are also able to provide a wide range of products by our refined skills and a complete set of processing machines. The highest gearbox we have manufactured is around 4.5 meters in altitude and weighs around 60 tons which shows our capability of gearbox manufacturing.
We have also worked with qualified companies regarding the non-destructive tests(Ultrasonic test, Magnetic particle test, Penetrant test)which are required in the manufacturing process. All of the tests are adjustable upon clients' requests.

Manufacturing procedure of gear box
For casting products, the production lead time is around 3-4 months. And for welding box, it depends on the size of it.
