Vacuum Chamber
Most materials of the of vacuum chamber are :
(1) Stainless steel(SUS304),
(2)Carbon steel,
(3)Aluminum alloy. For stainless steel, electrolysis is the main surface treatment in Japan, while sandblasting is the main in Europe and America. For carbon steel, non electrolytic nickel, hard chromium plating, painting or powder painting are the majority. And regarding aluminum alloy , anode treatment is mostly used.
Regarding the shape of the chamber, quadrilateral is more common, but different shapes such as circle, polygon, D-shape are also used due to different functions and designs.
